何麗梅女士為台積公司歐亞業務資深副總經理，負責包含歐洲，中國、日本和台灣等地區的業務。何麗梅女士於1999年加入台積公司，自1999年至2003年擔任會計長；2003年至2019年期間，擔任財務長兼發言人。在加入台積公司以前，何麗梅女士即擁有豐富的財務經驗，曾於台灣多個跨國企業擔任會計與財務相關的職務。
何麗梅女士於1993年榮獲中華財金高階管理人協會頒發「傑出財務主持人」，並且於2007年至2019年間，多次由《金融亞洲》《機構投資人》雜誌評選為台灣及亞洲「最佳財務長」。2018年《日本經濟新聞》也將何麗梅女士列為「亞洲科技業最具影響力的九位女性」名單之一。
何麗梅女士畢業於國立政治大學會計學系，其後並取得國立台灣大學商學碩士學位。

Lora Ho is the Senior Vice President of Europe and Asia Sales for Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC), responsible for business in regions including EMEA, China, Japan, and Taiwan.
Ms. Ho joined TSMC in 1999 and worked as Corporate Controller before serving as Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson from 2003 to 2019. Prior to TSMC, Ms. Ho was employed in various accounting and finance positions at multinational companies in Taiwan.
Ms. Ho was awarded " Outstanding Financial Executive " for the year of 1993 by the Financial Executives Institute, the " Best CFO " of Taiwan and Asia from 2007-2019 by FinanceAsia, and Institutional Investor magazine. She was also named as one of “Nine of the Most Influential Women in Asian Tech” by Nikkei Asia Review magazine in 2018.
Ms. Ho received her MBA degree from National Taiwan University and a B.A. degree from National Cheng-chi University.
